COMPLAINT REGARDING CONTRACT PAYMENT AND BREACH

Good day,

We took out a new contract a few months ago, it was an early upgrade so we bought out the old contract and paid almost R 3000.00 - now all of a sudden each month we have to pay an extra R 1000.00 a month for ****all, phoned numerous times and absolutely no one can tell us what that extra payment is for, even went into our nearest MTN and got no answers at all. This has been going on for 3 months now that we are trying to get to the bottom of it and MTN is of no help to us.

The contract is R 900.00 a month, I will not be held liable for any extra money if no one at MTN can tell me what the extra R 1000.00 is for and if this has to do with the previous contract that we have to pay off MTN can go to hell.

This is the worst experience we had with MTN so far and not happy at all. This needs to be resolved immediately. Contact number at fault: ***

I also was forced to pay the extra R 1000.00 last month due to them cutting my network on my phone and I demand that money back that i had to loan somewhere just to pay MTN but they can’t tell me why we needed to pay it. The old contract is paid in full and up to date, the new contract is now active and only R 900.00 to what we agreed to, another thing, we chose the package of more data than minutes. MTN is breaching this contract and I will do the same.

This is bull****. I need an answer before the end of today otherwise i will escalate this further than the ombudsman and get it resolved my way. I will dispute ever payment MTN deducts from my account until this is rectified, we paid the full amount that was demanded of R 1800.00 last month, this time that kite is not gonna fly. Unless some can explain why we have to pay extra.

We will be cancelling this contract and breach the contract and will not pay this contract until I get what I want. This is theft and I demand the money I had to pay that I am not supposed to pay.

Regards, Sunell
