Complaint regarding contract cancellation & customer service

I was wrongly advised by an MTN consultant that my contract could be cancelled without penalty. I was later billed undisclosed cancellation charges without any prior notice.

MTN has already confirmed that the error was on their side, yet my line is still blocked and I cannot make calls. I was told someone would contact me to resolve this, but no one has called. To add to the frustration, I have been credited with data and minutes while my line remains unusable.

This situation is unacceptable and causing major inconvenience. Really poor, poor service.
