Complaint. Prepaid MTN customers get far more services and options than contract customers and contract customers cannot convert airtime into good data bundles that is only for prepaid customers

Im on the mtn contract where I get 20gb anytime data and 20gb nightime data and then I get a useless mtn 10gb home data that a person can only use for useless things I never ever use like skype. Ive been trying to convert my airtime into that youtube entertainment data bundle but it kept failing then I phoned customer care then they told me only prepaid customers can convert airtime into the youtube entertainment data bundle? Why is this?! This is unfair! How come prepaid customers get more options and services than contract customers? Its like mtn want customers to go back to prepaid. And why do I get that useless home data bundle that can only be used for things like skype and almost nothing else? Also that useless home data bundle that can only skype that bundle also shows up with my monthly anytime data bundle when I check my data balance which is extremely annoying because it shows I have 20gb data when in fact I only have 10gb anytime data left which is very misleading. Why cant contract customers convert airtime get the youtube entertainment bundles? Most of the cool data bundles I want to convert my airtime into fail because im not prepaid but contract. Being contract sucks and ends up more expensive than prepaid. This is bull****
