Complaint on Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro (Black Friday Promotion) Contract Application

I app**** for a Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro (Black Friday Promotion) Contract on Monday 27 November 2017 at MTN Sunninghill Chilli Lane Store. On Monday the 4th of December I got a call from the Shop Manager saying my contract had been approved and was ready to be collected. On getting there she told me that my contract was not showing on the system and had escalated the issue to her manager and unfortunately could not collect it that day. I kept on calling to check the progress but my phone calls kept getting unanswered. I went to the store myself on Thursday the 14th of December to follow up on the issue and they said they are still having because the Black Friday Promotion is not loaded on the system and hence, I could not collect it.

Now it has been 3 weeks since I app**** for this contract but nothing has materialised.
