Complaint on MTN contract phone and Samsung Warranty
<p>I have had a new MTN contract for 2 months. My Samsung Galaxy started giving problems and I was told by MTN to hand the phone to Samsung for repairs via MTN shop in Mall of The South. Samsung contracted SMARTlab to do the repairs., without any notice to me Samsung suspended the contract with SMARTlab who now refuses to return my phone. I have been phoning and visiting Samsung for more than a month now without any success or joy. MTN refuse to get involved in this process although my contract is with them. Where to know ?????</p>
