Complaint on a cell phone application

I app**** for a cell phone contract online,they called me,took my details and told me that I will get a call from MTN to finalize my application, I received an sms saying I do not qualify for a cell phone contract the next thing my account was being deducted from December to February R119U APPS and R139 UCON, I spoke to Anita from Phone finder she was not able to assist me I spoke to Kgothatso from MTN and still she failed to assist me,I need the money to be paid back to me plus the charges for the debit orders and debit orders reversals
