Complaint of services

Bought a home router back in 2023 online. Had trouble with accessing internet, went back to the store a couple of times still no change. When I decided to terminate my contract with them I couldn't. At the store they tell you they don't do in store cancelations, over the phone you struggle to get help. The last time I got help, they were supposed to fetch the router since I "bought it online", this was back in February 2024.
