Complaint Number Ten Million And One - MTN
<p>I wrote a review on here three months ago complaining about MTN. A person by the name of Yahya (see below) rep**** and said the situation would be sorted out. Two months later, I am still being overcharged, my account has still not been put on the right package, and the extra amount that has been debited from my bank account has still not been refunded. MTN still doesn't care.</p>

We have noted that the R40.00 service fee discount was not app**** on the invoices dated 2016-10-13 to 2017-02-13. We have requested for the discount to be loaded, reference number: *** and once it has been loaded the necessary credit will be processed accordingly.
We understand that the entire experience must be very frustrating and hope that we can restore your faith in us.
