Complaint not resolved after 6 months

I have tried to resolve my problem with the Cape Road MTN store and have received the most unprofessional service. I have dealt with Elani Eckert at this branch and I have an email from her that says she will refund me an amount of R369.99. This has NEVER BEEN DONE and MTN have again taken off the amount of R419.99.<br> I have been trying to resolve this issue for 6 MONTHS and nothing happens. I want to escalate my complaint so could you please give me the contact details of the person that Elani Eckert reports to. I have been a loyal customer since 1996 but I have now had enough of the unprofessional way my complaint has been handled and as my contract comes up for renewal in January I think it is time to look for another service provider.
