Complaint - MTN Site and Contact numbers a money making scheme

I have sent MTN a cancellation as per their process on the 22/03/2018. Since then I have been struggling to get get hold of someone to assist with my cancellation. I have even gone to Mall of Africa MTN and cancelled the contract and reported my Wifi device ****** but no joy. What is going on? They are still taking money off my account every month. Every time you log a request on the site for cancellation you get a message saying - we are working on your email, but you never get a response. I want my money back from end March thanks with interest or maybe I need to contact the ombudsman. I am really tired of this Service Provider their service is non existing.
