Complaint MTN insurance wont reply to email or acknowledge claim form sent numerous times over a month

<p>I have sent my PHONE in to MTN insurance and they have not contacted me my phone is at the repair centre and whenever i call they tell me they are waiting on insurance to approve claim. I would like to cancel my contract with them but they are wanting me to pay to do this.</p> <p>i am now paying insurance on both my phones.</p> <p>There is nothing i can do as no one at MTN is willing to assist .</p> <p>when i call the repair centre wont help me</p>
