Complaint-MTN doesn’t do reconciliation and expects you to pay what you already have.

MTN says I owe close to R4000.00. Every time I call their call centre I get a different story. I’ve sent them emails so that they could consolidate and correct what they say I owe but they haven’t. Now they sent me an sms that they’re taking me to credit bureau, but they’re not even responding to my emails and consultants keep telling different stories.
