Complaint

I have noticed a debit order on my account in December 2021 and since it was from mtn I then went to mtn eastgate, when I arrived and they checked on their system we found 36 months of the 2 sumsung cellphone purchased on my name and it happened at rosebank brach, I have asked them to check the documents on their system and they all obvious that are ***** especially the bank statement because is got funny places on them, the guy asked me to come submit avidavit and certified copy of my ID and I did so.

Two weeks later when I went for a follow up I was told no ***** detected I mean such a big cellphone store like mtn cannot even notice fradulent documents and even again how did mtn approve the contract with the original ID I'm so disappointed now I must do ups and downs trying to fix mtn'negligence,, head office mtn is even worse because they couldn't even sort out this mess
