Hi ..My Name is Mellissa Campbell. I recently Took A phone with Mtn And Insured With The guard risk insurance .I Was ****** in December 2 and I blacklisted my phone and Went to police and call again to get the itc number .I went to Store for all the Required documents and I Waited for feedback and they Told me on the 22 December That the phone Was Underwritters and They Agents from claims was very rude and they Kept dropping my calls and I Was claiming For my iPhone 7 and I Gave Been paying For my Phone +insurance its was 500 in Total and I recently called and I Demanded to speak to a management but the agent dropped to The call and I Spoke Tobmbali she was sweet and she helped me To get my claims sent to me but they said its was declined to tho the sim not on the phone which didnt make an Sense at all and I asked them to cancel the insurance but still they took their insurance money . Even though I Cancel the insurance..Its Been Almost 3 months without my iPhone and all my documents were sent on Time ..All I Wants is To Get my Claims as A Customer And the guard Risk insurance employees have a Bad service
