RE: AE Uys - *** IMEI ***844 755 Reference number: b21b3f33-5***-aaaf-5ff90dd2fe0e When you follow the proper channels of MTN's complaint procedure and even the complaint department COMPLETELY IGNORES you then you as MTN should know you have SERIOUS problems with your customers service. There are other service providers in the market. Reconsidering my future client relationship with MTN. This complaint was on behalf of my mother in law.
