Complaint

Logged a query via Twitter at the end of October. Account was handed over to legal/collections dept. Just wanted to know what the outstanding balance was, so that I could pay it. It’s been 4 weeks & I’m still waiting. Haven’t been able to use the phone. All I’m told is that it’s been escalated, over & over again. Wanted a senior manager to call me, still waiting!! MTN please have a manager call me back!!
