my position at VSAM. Initially, I was enthusiastic about the opportunity; however, I soon discovered a toxic work environment perpetuated by management, specifically Lebohang Phahu.

Unfortunately, I experienced firsthand the negative impact of her management style, which prioritizes numbers over employee well-being. I witnessed and personally endured:

- Disregard for employee grievances - Lack of empathy and support - Favoritism - Inadequate conflict resolution processes

This toxic environment led to: - My own anxiety attack - Reports of colleagues collapsing due to excessive stress.

I believe it's essential for management to acknowledge and address these issues. Effective leadership should prfioritize employee well-being, foster an open-door policy, and ensure fair treatment of all staff members.

I hope that in the future, VSAM will take steps to improve its work environment and leadership practices.
