complaint

i have made calls to MTN to check my outstanding balance, ive called 5 times today it went to switchboard who directed my call and it was dropped, called again they directed my call to customer care the lady said my account is with Legal she game me a number to call *** which doesn't exist she advised she cant transfer. ive had it with MTN poor service just wana close this account
