Complaint: Cancelling Contract

Call reference 286 931 052 Signed up for a month to month contract, data only, no device. Was informed that it would be treated as a month to month contract.

I want to cancel but advise that there is a penalty as the contract only expires in April 2020.

I require a copy of the recording where i agreed to this package.

I have been in contact with your call centre since 22/01/2020 and awaiting feedback. Was promised a response on 23/01/2020, no contact from your side. I contacted your call centre this morning and apparently this matter has been escalated. If I do not get feedback by 27/01/2020 i will refer the matter to the ombudsman
