Complaint

I Have received a Wow bonus airtime from mtn, i don't want this due to the fact that when this expires it take some of your airtime. I have phone the call center on the 30/03/2020 and i have spoken to someone whom confirmed that i i have opted this in 2014 i have asked her to opt out, she gave *130*501*1# i have done this may times and it tells me that the competition is in active, i phoned again and the lady gave me the same info and that they cannot cancel the wow bonus on t heir side. This service provider chows data and airtime a lot and i cannot afford this for them to give me airtime which i didnt ask for and take my airtime after all,
