Complaint.

You guys are the worst, so from the begin of my contract I have been billed incorrectly and each time I try to get the issue sorted its either the bug gets passed on to the next person to a point where even managers do not make sense when assisting, and eventually when I get hold of you the guy as soon as I tell him what I want he says hold on without even understanding and then hangs up, you guys should really close shop, You are useless.
