Complaint

Went to the store to block and report my ****** cellphone and the lady there by the name of Kelebogile Monametsi asked me why am I not crying if I really lost my phone, I ignored her coz I had a lot on my mind then I came back to submit the forms she was busy with her colleagues while assisting me not even giving me attention when a customer comes she wants to assist it while assisting me that was on the 26th October today is the 3rd November still no response from claims and when I check and trace my claim there is no claim I had to redo it myself. The service she gave me was totally uncceptable because we don't handle situations in the same way , its not everyone who cries when facing a situation
