Complaint against Mtn South coast mall ,.Kzn.

A complaint is hereby laid against Sizwe, the Manager at Mtn South Coast mall, Shelley beach, KZN.

A telephone call was made to Sizwe on at approximately 12pm on 21/12/2024 with regards to an unauthorized mtn debit order off my Nedbank account.

The complaints relate to the following; An unauthorized debit order is being deducted off my account for a router wifi month to month contract that was cancelled several months ago within the store. The router was returmed with the original box and all documentation.

Sizwe refused to acknowledge the complaint. When I objected, Sizwe resorted to personal comments and attacks against me as the customer. When he was asked to apologise for the personal attacks, he refused to do so. He refused to hear about the complaint any further. He slammed the phone down in the middle of the conversation. Sizwe was called on contact nr. ***.

Sizwe has no customer relations or people skills. He is a poor communicator and displays an aggressively arrogant attitude. This disgusting behaviour is not acceptable under any circumstances.

The following outcomes are required with regards to this complaint; Someone other than Sizwe needs to resolve the unauthorized debit order. Disciplinary procedures need to be actioned against Sizwe for his unbecoming conduct. A total refund with interest needs to be credited to my account. In the event this issue is not resolved, further action will be taken including posting the issue on Hellopeter and other social media platforms,.and laying complaints against the consumer goods council and applicable ombudsman. Feedback needs to be given regarding this matter via email
