Complaint Against MTN South Africa

Hi ,

I am unbale to make call form my mobile number last four months (MTN). I made more than 50 times to the customer service every time they say logging calls but there is no response and sent 75 emails to the customer service as well no response. Using other mobile to call MTN customer service almost spent like R500last four months. I'm in contract with MTN from 2016 and last four months unable to make call from my mobile i am receiving call and using data also only the thing unable to make call (Out Going Calls Not Working) - ***.

Please help me to resolve my issue.
