COMPLAINT AGAINST MTN SAVEWAYS MALL

Good day,

I recently joined MTN as a contract customer this month and today I went to MTN SAVEWAYS MALL, WITBANK store at around 13:25 and found the doors locked, I knocked on the door and saw African lady with short hair behind the kiosk who indicated ✌ so I just assumed she means they opened at 14:00.

I knocked again as she didn't give me attention because I wanted to enquire I I would be assisted with what I want at 14:00 if I wait, she then haphazardly indicated ✌ with a irritated facial expression and continued to press her phone without trying to understand what I'm even asking.

As a new contract customer, I am certainly not happy about the poor customer service and unfriendly treatment I got from this lady at your MTN SAVEWAYS MALL store.
