COMPLAINT ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
Good day, MTN has a credit on my account of approximately R1,068 and they indicated that I owe them R1,500, but refuse to use the credit against my account so that I can just pay the difference. They want me to pay the R1,500, but I feel there is a credit and they can use it towards my outstanding balance on my account, which they refuse. I demand that a SENIOR MANAGER phones me regarding this matter on ********** 778
