I would like to report a very unpleasant experience I had when I recently contacted MTN for the first time after buying a WiFi package. The consultant I spoke with was extremely rude, did not allow me to ask my questions, and dropped the call in my ear without assisting me.

As this was my first interaction with MTN, I found the treatment very disappointing and unwelcoming. The experience was so negative that I am even considering cancelling the WiFi package I just purchased.
