Complaint about paid acc

<p>I had a contract that I finished paying in December. It has been six months now and my itc status still says I owe mtn. This is affecting my record and I have been calling multiple times trying to get this sorted and getting no help. I need you guys to remove my name from the credit bureau.</p>
