Complaint about MTN service in Mthatha, Plaza store , Eastern Cape, South Africa

I recently signed a deal with MTN, Mthatha Plaza store, Eastern cape assisted by a lady named Zimkhitha. This was last week Tuesday 23/01/2024. I paid and signed for the Wifi home router 4G and a tablet then right after I was given the router I was told that the tablet was not available at the store or any other store, that they have placed an order and the tablet will arrive Thursday 25/01/2024. I then went there on the 25th the lady said it will be available this Monday (30/01/2024 which is today) after escalating the order. I called them today at 15h34 to find out if it has arrived, I was informed that it hasn’t arrive and it will arrive next week from the 5th/02/2024.

I am really not happy with this service because I wish I was informed before hand since I informed the lady at the store that I needed the tablet and the router to do my work and school work. Everything is currently on hold. Because they said they didn’t have any tablet at the store to replace the one I signed for . Please MTN, I need help because this is the only network provider I have always used and will continue to use.

With that being said, I need your assistance in this matter to be resolved.
