Complaint about mtn network coverage in Mohadin

No network coverage in Mohadin, Potchefstroom NW since last week. We cannot make calls or receive calls. I phoned their technical department on friday ***). They said that they were aware of the problem and they are fixing it and we will have coverage by the end of friday night. Today its Monday the 10th of January and we still have no coverage
