COMPLAINT ABOUT MTN
Kindly note an amount of R4659.34 and R 13, 042.00 has been debited from my account without my approval and knowledge. I do not have any accounts with you guys neither have I app**** for any. I find it very appalling that someone would apply for cellphone contract ,get approved, provide banking details and have funds debited from my account without you guys doing proper due diligence. What’s even worse is that I get sent from pillar to post when I contact you and no one has made an effort to rectify the situation.
Please look up the POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013) And ensure this is rectified within 48 HRS . I Want a refund for all bank charges
