Complaint about customer service

Good day. I am currently abroad and called MTN asking them to please enable my SMS roaming on my sim and they said it'd have to be done either via Email or i need to go into a branch. Now im overseas so I sent a email to the customer care as told this was on tuesday. I recived a email back on wednesday saying they'll assist me in 24 hours. Since then ive received a email asking me what i need after stipulating it in all my previous emails. Long story short MTN customer care doesnt care about their customers been waiting 4 days for a decent response and kinda need to receive a few important SMS's but us as customers pay them for poor service and theres mothing we can do about it because they won't change.
