Complaint about a complaint
I'm not happy about the response I got from Ishie telling me to contact MTN when I specifically said that I did call and the lady I spoke to was just not willing to help. What kind of a service is this telling a customer to call you, what happened to calling the customer? especially after explaining that I called before.
