Complaint

on the 10th January I called MTN and my call was answered by the lady named Tholsie, I wanted to resolve the issue of my number which was on zero rated but couldn't be able to to upgrade by myself, she insisted that she can be able to assist with that , she then told me that she is upgrading me to a deal that I will pay 149.00 per month whereby I will get 50gig day, 30 gig night, 20 gig video streaming, 20 gig youtube and 10gig music. little did I know that she was lying. I realised when the data gets loaded that she **** and I called back the following day (11/01/2022) but she refused to speak to me she just told other consultant to tell me that she will return my call which she didn't. till now the cancelation that i requested because MTN is failing to give what was promised on record. everytime when I call i get told that she is busy but she will return my call. I am waiting to debit order and I will siply reverse it. MTN is full of ****.
