Complaint

I have never had a contract with MTN and I keep getting calls and messages about the outstanding amount I don't know of. 2019 I sent an email with the affidavit and my signature ID copy as they requested me to, I never received a response. Clearly someone was using my identity because it happened with vodacom as well and they were able to resolve the problem. I'm so frustrated with this harassment
