Complaint

I app**** for a phone under Mondo and waited for a week for them to revert back to me and after a long week waiting for them to respond and one of the dealers agent called me on the 1November 2022. She asked me a lot of question and requested for my banking details, address and my salary range, after we have been on the phone for more than 25min she said she need to check if i qualify and she just need a two min to do that, hold on the line for two min and she came back and said "sorry your application was declined" and she dropped the call on me, just like that.

Such an experience from their employees as if there's not Quality assessor there and there's no training for them, i wonder if there's anyone to listen to the calls there or there's just no order, no one cares who does what to whom.
