COMPLAINT

MTN is taking it's customers for a ride because I see my complaint is not the 1st because of the reviews I read. MTN listed me for an insurance of a laptop that I canceled with them in 2022 already, the insurance that they were paying on my behalf since I started the contract. I say they paid on my behalf because I have not had dealings with the so called insurance as it was one debit order. When the contract ended they said nothing about me calling an insurance department to cancel that insurance. The same "insurance department" did not call me to find out why I'm in arrears instead just lists me for a debt I didn't even know I had. When I closed the account MTN told me they don't have a paid up Letter and sent just details of it being closed and completed, this is thee most frustrating company and I would not recommend to anyone because even today I can't be removed from Experian because they somehow don't have a paid up Letter.
