COMPLAINT
I was unfairly treated got to pay a wifi router that is not working now they am owing the router R2026 WHILE I RETURNED IT AFTER 3 DAYS OF GETTING BECAUSE IT DID NOT HAVE COVERAGE I CALLED TO FIND OUT IF IT CANCELLED THEY SAID YES ,THEY SAY GONE CALL ME BACK THEY NEVER DO ,THIS IS ALWAYS CAUSED AN IMPACT ON MY CREDIT SCORE
PLEASE HELP ME FIND A WAY FORWARD
