Complaint

I have a complaint about MTN, Last month my services were suspended due to nonpayment, which I owed R1200, yes that I did understand because I didn't pay my contract with them due to financial constraints at work. Now I got an SMS saying if I don't pay R2499 within a day I will be reported to Credit Bureau. But my question is how did the amount double as the service was suspended, I never used their service or receive my monthly data. So when I ask the lady by the name of Ncokokazi she failed to answer me.
