So Dissapointing how Such a big brand like MTN can horribly treat a customer, I have been very loyal of mtn for 14 years, today i visited MTN in Vryburg branch to query about an upgrade that was done in my account without my concern.

Was there since 14h07 until 16h45 when the lady took my numbers telling me she will call me, depending if she is working tomorrow or Friday.

my issue is not resolved, but yet i am the one that. go to mtn to waste the time to get an issue that no. one can resolve there.

I spend my Easter holidays with a phone that was blocked and all that happened after unknown upgrade.

Right now i just need Mtn to cancel that contract so that i can be back on prepaid then i can port my numbers to a network that will value me a customer.

so flabbergasted by their service😡😠😡

hope someone find a way to call me this time to get this resolved.
