Complaint

Been having issues with my data, called Mtn several times and been given different information every time I call. They are so ***********, reported complaints but not even receiving any call backs to provide feedback. Been having the same issue since October and still not received any response. Requested a manager to contact me but no one has ever even tried to call or tried to resolve my issue, been paying for a service that you receive no joy and want to cancel . No one takes any effort to resolve your query. If this is not resolved within 24 hrs I’m escalating further
