I have used mtn number for years , i was held at gun point my phone was taking away from me and mtn cant help me coz i failed their so called questions to do sim swap , i have given the consultant a clear picture of what i have been using this phone for ....the last call i was on when my phone was taken from me , i have recharged airtime changed it to date and i did recharge another air time ...i used my phone to access data not to make calls as such i don't keep record of calls or numbers i call by head .<br> <br> i have clear event of thing i did before my phone was taken from me which is not enough for mtn NOW I must port my number to another network because the network i trusted cant help me . it cant be traumatizing enough to be held at gun point but i must not find assistance on my network worse is that everything i do this number is registered for my i cant access anything without having my number <br> <br> im so angry with lack of help from you ,<br>

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
If the number you wish to get back is prepaid, please go to your nearest police station and write an affidavit stating that how you lost your number and that you cannot pass our security check questions as you only used that number for data.
Fax that affidavit to *** att Nzuzo
Please include in your affidavit the old number you wish to get back, the new sim card number, and an alternative contact number.
also fax through your certified copy of Identity Document.
