Complaint

I am very disappointed at MTN I recently bought a cellphone contract that include a Huawei GT watch series when pay additional R50 on your monthly installment plus Sport Bluetooth earphones valued at R1000. I never received the earphones and I was told a poor excuse why it I did not receive it. I have tried to complain on MTN website but they have not come back to me. I bought the contract at Mall of South MTN store in Johannesburg.
