Complaint

I have been incontact with mtn from the 18th of the month of May requesting for my refund of a R1449.37 that needs to be credited back into my account but they have been taking me into circles but not assist me the last agent that I spoke to Monday gave me an email to send my statement for my banking details for them to refund me he said I will get and sms with a reference number to do a follow up with to check how far is my refund but I have been sending the statement but haven't received the sms no refund yet also today I call to check what's happening I spoke to some Jane that didn't want to give me her surname she just went mute on me and hung up the call while speaking to her. Yesterday on the 24th spoke to save from the billing department she told me the story I have been hearing from thr 18th that there's some information that needs to be completed from the retrenchment department she then sent me there I spoke Tiya there and she gave me an attitude telling me that there's nothing she can do the billing department is the ones that supposed to help me while they the ones that sent me to the retrenchment department for assistance I was then sent to the contract department spoke to Lindell mvilikazi she took my banking detail and said she will Escelate my request then I will receive an sms to with a ref to follow up with till now I haven't received it,still wasting my time calling and being put on hold and with no good outcome I'm just going around in circles.
