Complaint
Is there a problem at MTN that the public are not aware of? MTN call centre has not been taking calls from this morning. A recorded voice message says it is closed. My service has been suspended. I made payment via the MYMTN app on April 2nd and to date it is still showing as outstanding. I spoke to an agent at the call center last week Thursday and explained payment has been made but not reflecting on my account. I made a print out of my bank statement but have been able to get hold of the call center to send through my proof of payment.

Thank you for coming back to me.
It certainly doesn't help me, (a self employed individual) to have the service suspended indefinitely as this is the only contact number I have.
I would like to know when my service will be reconnected as I cannot afford to have down time especially with the economy been slow and we all vying for business.
I have received text messages to say the query has been sorted out... but not reconnected on my side.
