Complaint

Poor customer service received from MTN I haven’t been able to use my phone number since February up until now , my curriculum vitae has my mtn and I have app**** I am not sure what I am expected to do , I tried the call centre with no luck , I have been advised to visit the nearest mtn shop no luck there as well MTN liberty Mall KZN to be specific I have ran out of options I am in the store and they are telling me there is nothing they can do assist
