I have tried to contact MTN SA to resolve this issue but NO. A consultant called me with a better offer if I upgraded. I took the offer as the package was good at the same rate am currently paying. Up till now I did not receive the full package, only the handset. Been trying to contact them by phone and email to send the samsung watch, and NO response at all. Could MTN deliver on his promise, I want the Samsung watch which was supposed to have been delivered.

After so many attempts to call the direct sales call centre for help and the emails I had sent, only to get this response now which is not even want to take any responsibilty but shift it to someone else. You can do better than this and improve your after sales service.
