Complaint

I have been trying to resolve my account with MTN and have not been successful as their legal department or collections department are always out of reach and never answers the phone. I have paid both my accounts and but they are still causing a lot of problems for me as they appear at the credit bureau as unresolved. I have made means to make contact and I have not been successful to date; I was really expecting MTN to offer prompt service for the telecommunication company of its magnitude, but I am experiencing the opposite.
