Complaint

Greetings. My name is Rhowan Dortley and i have a big complaint with Mtn based in Cradock. I am currently using my wife's account to complain because i currently do not have a cellphone to create my own Hellopeter account.

My cellphone has been blacklisted and i need help to know what i should do to fix my cellphone. This is a contract cellphone i got from Mtn but everytime i try calling the Branch they give me an attitude as if i should know what i should do. First call, they gave me another number to call for me to know my contact number but that number just rings, No-one seems to answer. The second time i called and they hear its me again they just put the phone down in my ear, very unprofessional and disrespectful.

My phone has been blacklisted for months now and i cannot do anything with this phone unless I am around WIFI. all i need is my contract number which i dont have, is that too much to ask, all i want to to know what steps i should take to unblock my cellphone, but that seems to be my problem not theirs.
