Very disspointed in the service that is provided from call centre agents. Everyone is trained differently and when you advice the next agent what the previous aent told you seems like you the crazy one. Also agents can never see previous notes left on the account. THEY CALL TRAINED WELL TO SAY MANAGER IS IN A MEETING when asked to speak with someone higher. They make you feel like you know nothing what happens in customer service and how things work.
